This is the best IBIS Styles we have used so far and it appears to be quite a new building/refurbishment. Access and location are very good and it's extremely easy to find. The secure, underground parking was a nice added feature as it gives you that extra peace of mind when overseas. We arrived quite late in the day and the staff were so helpful and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast is served in a beautiful light and airy dining area and the food choice is magnificent! The room - where do I start? Very large, super clean, large shower, separate toilet (excellent), big wall mounted TV, very comfy and supportive bed, impressive thought and use of recycling materials throughout. In short: 10/10.

Very friendly and attentive staff at the desk, I attempted to converse in my awful French, but was kindly asked if I would prefer English. The staff in the evening and at the breakfast buffet were courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a wide selection of goods, in the continental style, it was regularly replenished and was kept spotlessly clean. The room was clean and comfortable, and travelling with our dog was no problem. It was great for our stop over en route to the Alps and would be well placed for visiting the city itself. Garage parking was clean and secure. Thank you IBIS Styles, Troyes.

The is a perfect place for an overnight travelling north or south but we would also have been happy to stay longer. It had everything we needed for a happy stay and the location was perfect. The added bonus was the safe parking which we really appreciated. I would recommend booking in advance though. They are also supporting an environmental sustainability policy which we were happy to support. The staff were very friendly and efficient and especially Lucas on reception. Thank you.

Great staff at reception - super friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed. Good space and well designed storage. Great for our dogs as super dog friendly with lots of green spaces for comfort breaks outside. Very clean, with an easy and pheasant walk to centre. Breakfast was really good too. First decent cup of tea in ages! We travel through central France to get from north to south and back a lot. This is our new favourite hotel.
