ibis Styles Troyes Centre

This is probably the best Ibis styles we have stayed in. It’s in a lovely Ovation by the river with a very comfortable seating area and a bar. I was impressed by the desire of the company to embrace recycling by providing recycling bins in the room and common area. Water was freely available In reusable jugs as was tea coffee etc. the breakfast had plenty of variety and catered for different needs. There were lots of local items as well. There was a range of games and activities for children and teenagers. The town is beautiful with plenty of restaurants and bars and is a short walk from the hotel. If you use the underground car park you will need to get the code from reception before you try to enter. The receptionist was happy for us to park outside the entrance for 10 minutes to drop our bags off as the car park is under the hotel Mercure opposite

The staff we wonderful, particularly Julian. The car parking was so easy and safe with plenty of room. The breakfast was plentiful, refilled frequently with delicious cheese, pastries, cakes, breads, eggs, juices, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, cereals and hot drinks. The breakfast was available for hours. The terrace behind the hotel was gorgeous overlooking a creek with rainbow trout. The location was absolutely fabulous, close to the old city centre with its amazing medieval architecture. Two lifts were quick. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

Surprisingly spacious room and close to the centre of Troyes. Excellent staff, very attentive and pleasant. Complimentary coffee facilities at reception - always a bonus. Hotel advertises itself as dog friendly, and it genuinely is. Reasonable breakfast.

The is a perfect place for an overnight travelling north or south but we would also have been happy to stay longer. It had everything we needed for a happy stay and the location was perfect. The added bonus was the safe parking which we really appreciated. I would recommend booking in advance though. They are also supporting an environmental sustainability policy which we were happy to support. The staff were very friendly and efficient and especially Lucas on reception. Thank you.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the centre, making it very convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean, and my room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. Complimentary water and coffee are available daily in the lobby, which is a nice touch. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Cheap parking 1 minute away.
