The staff we wonderful, particularly Julian. The car parking was so easy and safe with plenty of room. The breakfast was plentiful, refilled frequently with delicious cheese, pastries, cakes, breads, eggs, juices, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, cereals and hot drinks. The breakfast was available for hours. The terrace behind the hotel was gorgeous overlooking a creek with rainbow trout. The location was absolutely fabulous, close to the old city centre with its amazing medieval architecture. Two lifts were quick. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

Ibis hotels have never disappointed, and this time was no exception. We really enjoyed the plentiful buffet breakfast with both hot and cold selections. The breakfast area was kept very tidy and well-stocked throughout the breakfast. The staff were pleasant and were able to answer questions regarding the area, and recommended restaurants for dinner. At their recommendation, we ended up at the Hippopotamus, just around the corner, and really enjoyed our meal there. The room was clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Surprisingly spacious room and close to the centre of Troyes. Excellent staff, very attentive and pleasant. Complimentary coffee facilities at reception - always a bonus. Hotel advertises itself as dog friendly, and it genuinely is. Reasonable breakfast.

Great hotel in good location with impressive staff and sensible eco practices. Great breakfast and a lovely terrace at the back by the river. Staff/team are excellent: quietly efficient, they work together to create a very relaxing atmosphere for guests. Marisa on reception is very welcoming, attentive and professional and the lady at breakfast (who also speaks Spanish) is kind and helpful to everyone.

The is a perfect place for an overnight travelling north or south but we would also have been happy to stay longer. It had everything we needed for a happy stay and the location was perfect. The added bonus was the safe parking which we really appreciated. I would recommend booking in advance though. They are also supporting an environmental sustainability policy which we were happy to support. The staff were very friendly and efficient and especially Lucas on reception. Thank you.

We love the fresh orange juice. Having battled with coffee pod machines in other Accor hotels, it was great to be able to use the coffee machine, (without needing a barista degree) in this ibis styles. The breakfast always is a joy in Ibis styles-great choice and staff are quick to top up things that are running short.

Great location, v airy and clean, rooms well designed, super nice staff, breakfast good and included in price. Also secure parking and v dog friendly with loads of green spaces in the vicinity for a quick doggie walk.

This is the best IBIS Styles we have used so far and it appears to be quite a new building/refurbishment. Access and location are very good and it's extremely easy to find. The secure, underground parking was a nice added feature as it gives you that extra peace of mind when overseas. We arrived quite late in the day and the staff were so helpful and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast is served in a beautiful light and airy dining area and the food choice is magnificent! The room - where do I start? Very large, super clean, large shower, separate toilet (excellent), big wall mounted TV, very comfy and supportive bed, impressive thought and use of recycling materials throughout. In short: 10/10.
